WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

     Orders will be shipped immediately after the order has been processed. All packages are shipped through USPS Express Mail. The processing time will vary for each order.

WHAT IS "PROCESSING TIME"?

     Processing time is the amount of time required to create, package and ship each product. Processing time differs for each type of product. Ready to wear units require 1 business day processing time. Bundles, Closures and Frontals require 3-5 business days processing time. Custom Wig Units require 7-14 business days processing time.

HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED?

      The amount of hair needed is dependent upon the look that you are individually trying to achieve. For more natural looks, 2-3 bundles will suffice. When opting for shorter lengths [i.e, 12" to 18"], opt on the side of 2 bundles. For longer lengths [i.e, 20" to 24"], opt on the side of 3 bundles. For thicker/fuller looks, most people include an additional bundle.

CAN I COLOR MY HAIR?

      Absolutely! Being that we only offer the highest quality luxury extensions, this hair can be colored to practically any color that you desire. It is, however, highly recommended that you have the hair colored by a professional to avoid possibly damaging it.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BUNDLES/CLOSURE/FRONTAL/WIG?

      Properly caring for your luxury extensions will ensure that you get the most out of your purchase. Make sure to detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb or detangling brush. Detangling is best done on wet or damp hair using a gentle combing motion. When detangling, make sure to start from the ends of the hair and work your way up to the roots. When cleaning your extensions, use a Denman brush to work the shampoo and conditioning product through the hair as well as help detangle. Never rub or twist, as knotting or breakage may occur. For best results, shampoo using medium-hot water and a moisturizing shampoo. Also use and thoroughly rinse out a moisturizing conditioner with cool water and let hair air dry completely before manipulating.

HOW LONG SHOULD MY BUNDLES LAST?

      With proper care and maintenance, your bundles should last upwards of 12 to 18 months. Treat your bundles like you would your own hair. Make sure to shampoo and condition the hair periodically and to wrap your hair in a silk or satin scarf at night.

HOW LONG SHOULD MY WIG LAST?

      With proper care and maintenance, your wig should last upwards of 18 to 24 months. Just like bundles, you should treat your wig just like you would your own hair. Shampoo and condition it periodically and especially when there is apparent product build up. If sleeping in your unit, be sure to sleep using a silk or satin scarf or pillowcase.

HOW MUCH SHEDDING SHOULD I EXPECT?

      Minimal shedding for bundles, frontals and closures is very natural and should be expected. Minimal shedding accumulates to a few hairs daily, similarly to natural hair. Additional shedding may occur for various reasons such as cutting wefts, bleaching knots, coloring the extensions, excessive manipulation, etc.
